Are you ready to take the first step towards self-discovery and/or healing? I meet the client where he or she is
at, and together we create collaborative goals based on each client’s individual needs. My theoretical counseling
philosophy is focused towards unconditional positive regard and empathy toward the client. I also prefer using
Narrative Therapy theories such as the view that the problem is separate from the person; that is the belief that
the client is not the problem, yet the problem is the problem. Further, I also utilize Narrative Therapy Counseling
Techniques such as Journaling, Re-storying and Life Time Lines. | ||||
